Have you ever spied a gorgeous painting in the Indiana Memorial Union and wondered where it came from? Or been captivated by a sculpture in front of a campus building? Chances are, it is one of the holdings of Campus Art.
Campus Art stewards Indiana University's thousands of two-dimensional, three-dimensional, decorative, and other miscellaneous art objects that are housed outside of IU museums but are located on campus grounds throughout the state. Campus Art serves all nine campuses of IU, helping to make them some of the most beautiful campuses in the nation. Because of Campus Art's stewardship of IU's vast collection of paintings, photographs, sketches, sculptures, and antiques, all visitors to IU can enjoy a rich artistic experience without ever entering a museum.
